Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be there when my order is picked up or delivered?
Absolutely not. Your driver will coordinate a convenient location that you are comfortable with to pick up your bag and deliver your finished items.
Do you charge an extra pickup or delivery fee?
Not at all. We have never charged extra for our pickup and delivery service. Prices are exactly the same as if you were to walk in to our retail location.
How do I pay for the delivery service?
We keep your credit card on file in our system and automatically charge it on the day we deliver your items. You are welcome to log into your account at any time to change or update your credit card information.
Is my credit card information safe.
Absolutely. Our automated systems are PCI compliant and all credit card information is captured and stored by the processor. No credit card information is stored on our servers or accessible to our staff.
What days do you delivery to my area?
With only a couple of exceptions, we deliver to most of the greater Sacramento Region Monday through Friday.
Can I request a special pick up?
Certainly. Requesting a special pickup is easy and free. Just text “Pickup” to (916) 245-8771 the day before, or use the Rytina Valet smartphone app to schedule a same-day request.
Do you track my items even when they're not being processed?
Definitely. Our drivers use state-of-the-art GPS mobile tracking to record all of their activity in realtime. Every bag we pickup and every order we deliver is scanned and confirmed onsite at your location. This information is then immediately uploaded to our systems so that we can verify every order coming in and make sure your items are returned safely.
